Ancol Beach City, Jakarta Indonesia

Ancol Beach City is a 24/7 always open entertainment destination venue next to the sea. You can  come to here by land, air or sea. Designed on the principles of the “Blue Ocean Strategy”, it is a  highly experiential place where customers become stars in their own right to enjoy international  performances at the huge 5000 seater auditorium, sip coffee at the Palm Boulevard Walk of Fame  or in one of the balconies facing the sea or on the roof terrace. The fabricated jetty with its tensile  membrane captures the nuance of a church for couples who are here to celebrate the expression of  marriage, before going to the wedding hall which also doubles as a performance hall for concerts.  ABC also features an indoor lifestyle downtown walk like “City Walk” in LA but with a difference. It is  cool and indoors and meant to be a celebratory statement where overlooking F&B balconies enable  shoppers to enjoy the downtown walk. Imagine Britney Spears or a wedding couple sitting on the  back of a limousine waving to fans or family and friends at balconies!

The Cineleisure Damansara is an entertainment  venue focused engaging the youth market  between 15 and 25 years of age. Featuring a  Daytime and Night time experience, the various  destinations like the Day Atrium, Night Atrium,  Walk of Stars, Motion Circle and Life Circle  beckons an entertainment experience that never

ends. Attracting you with its arresting beacon and architectural façade, you look into a huge atrium where

shoppers can duel each other on two platform bridges through computer gaming, while adjacent F&B  balconies are friends cheering you on. Following the principles of experience driven merchandising, this  development promises to become a showcase for new generation malls that utilize an engaging  experience to garner higher rental and sales per leasable area to the youth marketplace.

The Reef Mall

A promising commercial mall development project within the CBD district in Deira, it is based on the  concept of the “Reef” (an Arabic word to mean “country-side”). With its central location, the Reef Mall  will be an ideal shopping, F&B and entertainment destination for the family populace and lunchtime  corporate crowd. The mall was initially designed for only 6 mini anchors as part of an imported success  formula but eventually transformed into a true mall centered around these key tenants in a 2 levels  format of more than a hundred stores, clearly becoming a better revenue generator for the Owner.

Mal Kelapa Gading Expansion, Jakarta Indonesia

 

After the successful opening of Mal Kelapa Gading (MKG) I & II along Kelapa Gading  Boulevard, Indonesia, PT Summarecon Agung saw the need to expand the 3-level mall to  include more entertainment areas such as bowling centers, gaming networks, and a Food  Plaza. The new expansion area is the second of three phases of developments for the MKG  complex. The upcoming third phase will include feature office, hotel and residential towers.  The proposed MKG plan comprises of 4 levels and a basement, with a gross floor area of  600,000 sq.ft.

Cathay Cineplexes at AMK Hub, Ang Mo Kio, Singapore

Cathay Cineplexes embodies the concept of the “New Sight and Sound Channel”, anchoring the new  AMK Hub shopping mall in one of the most endearing heartlands in Singapore, called the Ang Mo Kio  new town. Serving a neighborhood of some 50,000 households, the Cathay Cineplexes features 8  state of the art digital projection halls seating a total of 1,800 viewers. Launched in July 2007, the new  cineplexes will become the major revenue generator of the mall.

Cathay  Cineplexes at  Downtown East,  Pasir Ris,  Singapore

The latest  addition to the  stables of  Cathay  Cineplexes  concept embodying the “New Sight and Sound Channel” is found at the new Downtown East. The new Cathay Cineplex features 6 state of the art digital projection halls seating a total of 1,200 viewers,  coupled with the ability to convert the into conference halls. Each hall is color differentiated  through its wall coverings, carpeting and each is equipped with digital projection capable of  handling 3D movies, LED lighting on the wall luminaires and aisle strip lighting are synchronized  and dimmable to coincide with the movie start and end segments. Newly launched in April 2008, this new cineplex will set to become the major anchor show  stopper destination of the mall.

E2Max, Singapore

The E2Max is the next generation multi-attraction entertainment venue that will hit Singapore. Based on the WCG (World Cyber Gaming) to be held in Singapore at the end of  2005, the challenge was to create a place that  really grasps the mentality of computer gamers  and the slogan “The Power to Entertain” was born. Housed within a 100,000sf space, it offers LAN gaming where the best gamers can play in caged combat with their buddies or take the best international players at the Arena to the duel. For  privacy and more gaming choices, they can also opt for the enclosed rooms which offer both LAN  gaming and console gaming like Xbox and Nintendo. 4-cineplexes and gaming shops offer the latest  gaming gizmos and gadgets for young people to take home the experience. The E-Max was open in  Nov’ 2005 and featured on 360 Degrees CNN.

The Metrozone is part of the 1,500 unit condominium development in the burgeoning Annanagar district  that will see the new growth corridor of Chennai thrive into a new middle to upper income community. The  development comprises a 4 level Mall with 800,000 sqft nett area; 225 room business class hotel with 15  levels of 15 rooms each around a central atrium; the condo comprises 175 units of 2/3 BR apartments.
