The Catermas Engineering Industrial Facility at 11 Tuas South Walk is a 3-storey office block with service shed at the South Western corner of Singapore at Tuas area. It has a distinctive white and orange facade that reflects the iconic nature of a tanker parked next to the shoreline. The nature of Catermas' business is servicing of ships that anchor off Singapore's coastline, bringing cranes onto barges to transport equipment on and off ships so that the equipment can be maintained on land and re-installed back to the ships. This Design & Build project started in Aug 2020 during the pandemic and secured TOP on 26 March 2022. Be Sure to Look out for its distinctive facade in this far corner of Singapore.

Carved out from a sub-development site of 200 Ha out of a 1,000 Ha industrial development site, the Vientiane Smart Industrial City is in Joint Venture with the Yunnan Overseas Investment Corporation. This 200 Ha park will take advantage of all the pent up demand for various industries looking to set up in Vientiane to deliver to the Vientiane province and to neighboring Indochina countries and China.

 

Located close to the Vientiane High Speed Rail linking China all the way to Singapore and the Friendship Bridge adjacent to northern provinces of Udon Thani in Thailand, the VSIC will house an Autocity to feature 1st and 2nd hand cars and automobile parts & servicing to take advantage of the low tax, bonded and VAT free zone, Home City featuring the latest furnishings, DIY & mega home stores, Dry Logistics, Cold Chain Logistics, Building Fabrication Hub, Food & Beverage Production Hub, General Industries, standard type factories, Stack Up factories in 2nd Phase for higher density vertical industries to co-exist together as well as worker's dormitories, worker's community centre with residential amenities, training centre and transportation hub, to ensure live-in population of labour to serve the industries well.

 

There will also be a one-stop industrial showcase and exhibition gallery cum office hub to act as the industries' company showfront office that is green and sustainable in its design, construction and operations. This will also be served by a hospitality hub where there will be a 3-star hotel, service apartment block and F&B hub meant to cater to the middle tier industrial executives living in the industrial park.
