Based on the aspirations and mindset of the traveler, we created an architecture that would be a balance between fantasy and reality, a mixture of postcard lifestyle interplayed with an authentic Balinese sense of place. By using the principles of the “Barrel” - a horseshoe shaped plan captures the most number of rooms with a view to the sea, “Boardwalk” – a journey that would take the traveler through the hotel over pools, gardens and rooms and a prince’s quest for the ultimate in rejuvenation, “Bamboo” – a wellness centre that would capture the imagination of a heavenly spa with its trickling sound of waterfall and gamelan, playing in the background. The LNC is set to become an oasis at the opposite end of Kuta from the Hard Rock Hotel. It is a 4-storeys condotel with loft units at the 4th level, flexible studio and room unit configurations with infinity pools, outdoor sunset verandahs, interactive spa, and a commercial F&B strip on ground level facing the road

The “Blue Mountain” Resort, Chengdu, China
The Blue Mountain resort is meant to cater to the rich and privileged, where well heeled clients can come for a day to play mahjong, take spa, drink tea, wine and dine in both Chinese and western styles whilst being captivated by art and music in genres that are modern, classical, Chinese and western. Private rooms designed like protruding jewels give a panoramic sweep of the new district with their full height glazed windows and a sense of high living with their plush interior décor for dining and music appreciation. By designing the project like jewels dug straight out from the earth, we hope to represent the aspirations of the customer with one iconic sweeping design statement.

Boutique Hotel @ 231 Outram Road, Singapore
Visually striking, yet inviting and warm, Wangz Hotel is an urban sculpture of gleaming aluminum cladding and asymmetrically-placed wide windows. This boutique hotel offers a sophisticated setting that celebrates its unique architecture in an area that is distinguished for its eclectic blend of Art Deco and Straits Settlement style. Step into the intimate 41-room hotel and you will be greeted by richly detailed décor reflecting the hotel’s contemporary hip-meets-classic design. The hotel houses a private collection of original artworks, specially commissioned to reflect the hotel's flora and fauna theme. All rooms feature modern day amenities and state-of-the-art technology that addresses the aesthetic wishes and practical needs of the sophisticated traveler. The project was completed on a fast track program and is an Additions & Alterations to an existing conserved commercial and residential building.

Located in District 1 of HCM City, the project is designed to as a 4-star concept hotel that appeals to business travelers. The iconic architecture and interior design provide a talking point. 3 different themes are introduced within the hotel units, providing a multi- faceted experience. The façade of the building is developed with the
environment and modern aesthetics in mind. Deep, wide open balconies provide ample sun-shading for
the lower level, horizontal aluminum louvers reflect the sun, its reflection give it a cool, high tech feel to the building. Vertical aluminum louvers provide structure for green planting. Vertical greens can be planted to provide visual relief for both the hotel guests and the public from the harsh urban landscape.
